We are looking for a social media content specialist who is creative, innovative and can think out of the box and be able to handle/oversee and manage our social media platform for both daily posts and larger campaigns. You will also work with our marketing analyst and social media agency to ensure all the brand communication meets the targeted brand consumer. This role is going to give you exposure to an integral part of the startup business.
Responsibilities
- Create social media campaigns and top-line communications strategies for our branded house social media account.
- Manage and oversee the content creation process on all social media platforms which includes daily posts or larger campaigns.
- Involved in all steps of social media activity, from observing trends and preferences, brainstorming, and planning to execution.
- Create a social media plan and execute the plan along with the content creator.
- Identify the Brand’s KOL and coordinate with third parties or ambassadors.
- Track and observe social media tools and identify how to utilize the tools.
- Gathering insight and analysis for what content works well on our platform.
- Schedule all posts to all social media accounts of the Brand. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
- Manage social media report by weekly and monthly.
- At least 3 years in a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly; a strong analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Understand and have the knowledge of social media landscape, platform, and technologies.
- Creative thinker and innovative; can think out of the box (up to date with the trend).
- Love and a real interest in digital platforms especially in social media and its tools.
- Strong team player with a humble and proactive attitude.
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and utilize data which come up with actionable items for optimization and/or experimentation.
- Agile, fast learner and detail oriented kind of person.
