Tenant Relations Officer - Midplaza Building

MidPlaza Office Building, a prestigious Grade A office building in the heart of Sudirman. Midplaza has 2 (two) towers, Midplaza 1 and Midplaza 2 with a majority of tenants are Japanese companies. We seeks a passionate and proactive Tenant Relations Officer to cultivate enduring relationships with our diverse tenant community.You will act as the tenants' primary point of contact, ensuring their satisfaction through swift resolution of inquiries related to leases, maintenance, building activities and community initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing Tenant Inquiries. Handle all tenant inquiries related to renovations, requests and complaints. Coordinate with the relevant departments (Finance, Operations, Legal, etc) to ensure their prompt resolutions.
  • Source of information. Distribute all relevants information to tenants, including building update, announcements, policy changes and operational matters. Maintain clear and effective communication channels to keep tenants informed and enggage.
  • Administrative Suppport. Provide administrative support works to the Sales team, including data entry, memo preparation for new and renewing tenants and agreement draft preparation (in collaboration with the Legal team). Handle routine administrative tasks such as preparing and circulating letters also and updating tenant information.

  • Male
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tenant relations or hospitality sector
  • Professional English fluency for all aspects of business communication, both spoken and written. Highly proficient in spoken Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of written comprehension
  • Preferably with experience in Japanese business practices or language proficiency.
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
