This role will be part of the Finance team supporting the Seeds business and will experience a critical role for our business.
The purpose of the role is to support areas of the business, providing financial insight, ensuring financials are accurate and in line with short- and long-term objectives. In addition to collaborating with other areas of finance and business functions to ensure the comprehensive sustainability of the business.
Accountabilities:
- Support Seeds Finance BP to manage day to day business review
- To act as support (business analysis) to the Seed Development & Commercial Veg Team, working closely with the Seed Finance Lead.
- To run the key reporting processes to ensure timely completion of budget, forecast and actual information requirements, meet agreed group deadlines.
- Close collaboration and coordination with Seed Finance Lead and Regional/Other Reporting teams (i.e. GFO).
- Engagement with Seed Development organization to understand their needs and requirements and response quickly to ensure business as usual.
- Manage the R&D E2E LO/BUD process with stakeholders.
- Drive processes and best practices across the functions to make sure the team is inline with Syngenta Ways of Working.
- Manage Ad-hoc Projects and Requests as necessary to support the business in deep-diving in different business critical areas to give a better visibility on the way forward decisions.

- Responsible for fundamental changes of processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve effectiveness and quality
