- Procure, configure, track and maintain all IT assets and devices, not limited to computers/laptops, networks/routers, printers, mobile phone and software(s) for all employees according to company standard.
- Establish vendor engagement, pricing and purchase SLA.
- Set up IT assets and maintenance system to ensure ticketing, SLA, up to reports.
- Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting all hardware and software available in the company through both remote and face to face support of laptops, monitors, printers and telecommunication products.
- Set up and maintain the company network system, the company internal telephone system and not limited to customer service, tele sales and other department’s equipment(s).
- Be the person in charge for ISO 92000 in regards to IT & Data Security.
- Partner with the HR Team to support our onboarding-offboarding process and liaise with vendors relating to company emails, website domain, internet and other IT related supports.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or any related major.
- Have 3 - 5 years experiences as IT Support/ Helpdesk
- Excellence in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
- Have attended technical tools training (such as helpdesk software)
- Have Network Certification is a plus.
