- Preparing overall sales plan to achieve sales target.
- Guide & motivate distributor’s sales team to drive sales.
- Acquire new customers on potential new segment & area.
- Planning, tracking and follow up of sales inquiries, orders, customers forecasting and planning of each individual account.
- Ensure timely payment of customers for deliveries and also follow up customer back order within the system
- Ensure achievement of customer service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customers
- Ensure updated price list and products information is sent to customers for follow up
- Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales into market
- Handling customer complaints, feedback in timely and disciplined manner
- After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors
- Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted distribution of products within the distribution channel
- Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales of market relevant products
