AYANA Hospitality is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Keeper at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, keeping track of stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies. You will collaborate with various departments to fulfill their material requirements and maintain accurate records of all stock movement. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring their quality and accuracy.
- Properly store all incoming items in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
- Monitor stock expiration dates and take appropriate actions.
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill their material requirements.
- Ensure that all stock is appropriately labeled and easily accessible.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.
- Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies and take corrective measures.
- Follow company policies and procedures for stock management.
- Prior experience as a Store Keeper or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Proficiency in utilizing inventory management software.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in inventory management is a plus.
