Youtap Limited is a leading provider of innovative banking and finance software solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team in Indonesia. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales of our banking and finance software solutions in the Indonesian market.
In this role, you will be targeting banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers, presenting our cloud software and application solutions, and closing high-value deals. You will leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the banking and finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indonesian market
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of our software solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the banking and finance software industry
- Understanding of Cloud deployed Platforms
- Strong understanding of Financial Service Software Applications
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian banking and finance sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia
