- Collect and analyze sample recordings and score recording results.
- Generate the Quality Control (QC) worksheet.
- Conduct phone verifications with Debtors for QC purposes.
- Create monthly reports, sign them, and document the QC results.
- Offer suggestions to trainers based on the QC findings.
- Stay available and actively participate with both the Desk Collection team and the Field Collection team.
- Assume the role of an auditor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Control (QC) professional, investigator, or auditor.
- Strong interest in the financial technology industry.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Attention to detail in work and advanced analytical abilities.
- Strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa and English (preference given to fluent candidates).
