- Daily review key collection indicators and present highlights to the Head of Collection.
- Conduct regular analysis of agent productivity metrics.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the collection process to address any related issues.
- Perform in-depth analysis of the collection portfolio as needed and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Perform monthly inventory planning to ensure sufficient collection capacity.
- Provide assistance to collection managers with collection tools and system support.
- Actively participate in collection system enhancement.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or demonstrate equivalent experience, with a preference for backgrounds in finance, banking, or related fields.
- Possess a dynamic 2-year track record as a Quality Control (QC) specialist, Investigator, or Auditor.
- Exhibit a passionate interest in the dynamic and evolving landscape of financial technology industries.
- Showcase effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Display an unwavering attention to detail and precision in your work.
- Harness strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills.
