Our client is a global transportation and logistics company.

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR for their growing team in Indonesia.

Job Requirements

  • Formulates and implements HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Plans business objectives and leads teams to achieve goals and efficiency
  • Prepares regulations and budgets, and recommends new projects to the managing director
  • Audits HR records and evaluates technology for data management improvement
  • Manages compensation, benefits, and payroll compliance
  • Implements performance management system and evaluates employee performance
  • Identifies training needs, develops programs, and monitors effectiveness
  • Implements recruitment strategies, career management system and succession plans
  • Ensures compliance with termination procedures and conducts exit interviews
  • Communicates company values, evaluates employee satisfaction, and handles grievances
  • Administers labor relations policies negotiate union contracts and manage benefits

Candidate Requirements

  • Extensive experience in strategic HR management in a blue-collar work environment with unions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Data-driven decision-making and utilization of HR metrics
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
  • Advanced level in English
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Experience in creating an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
  • Success in driving HR initiatives to support business growth
  • Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance
  • Familiarity with HR technology systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and represent the organization professionally
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices
