MidPlaza Holding is seeking a Training & Quality Manager to join one of our Hospitality business, located in Karawang. As a Training & Quality Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and maintained across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs and initiatives to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Establish and maintain training records and documentation.
- Review and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Develop and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained across departments.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and quality management roles.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training software.
- Certification in training or quality management is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang.
