As a Korean Guest Relation, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Korean guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay at our resort. You will be responsible for providing personalized assistance, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs. Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome Korean guests and assist with the check-in and check-out process
- Provide information about resort facilities, services, and activities to guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments such as front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage to ensure smooth guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records and profiles
- Promote resort services, activities, and special events to guests
- Fluent in both written and spoken Korean and English
- Prior experience in guest relations, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Willingness to relocate and live in Komodo Island, Indonesia
