AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at AYANA Komodo resort. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and generating revenue for our luxurious resort. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort's services and amenities to potential clients, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Promote and sell the resort's services and amenities to potential clients, clearly articulating their value and benefits.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate and timely information and support.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the resort's reach and generate leads.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and build relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
