• Formulate and implement strategies to increase CC market share in the industry
• Helping card utilization by conducting sales activities on the mobile sales channel through sales strategy communication by offering product benefits for direct use of the card
• Make event activities (office building, malls and others) periodically to achieve targets
• Build a strong team with good quality and productivity goals so that CPA can be achieved on target.
• Responsible for weekly and monthly sales plans of SPV and ASM to ensure the achievement of the specified targets
• Performing special handling for large corporate customers as Key Corporate Account
• Maintain Account Quality/AQT Rate by making sales according to the target market

• Manage human resources as needed, both outsourced and head count with good quality
• Develop human resources in the work team effectively and efficiently so that productivity results are achieved according to targets with good quality

Compliance (Regulatory Compliance)

• Responsible for maintaining sales and service quality standards
• Apply KYC & CDD, understand product knowledge and selling skills
