As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.

DescriptionConduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.Develop and execute audit plans, including the identification of audit objectives, scope, and methodologies.Prepare audit findings and recommendations for management review, including practical solutions for addressing identified issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to ensure audit practices remain current and effective.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytic skills with the ability to identify and assess complex issues and develop practical solutions.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
