We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our client in Jakarta. As a key member of their finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and decision-making to support our company's growth and success. Client Details Our client is a leading provider of industrial automation solutions dedicated to driving efficiency, productivity, and innovation in manufacturing processes. DescriptionAssist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives and ensure alignment with corporate goals.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimise financial resources and support operational needs.Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and cost-benefit analysis, to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.Lead and coordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and safeguard assets.Monitor and evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates and reports to senior management.Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and materials for board meetings, investor relations, and other stakeholders as needed.Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and risk management. ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in the industrial automation or manufacturing industry.Strong financial analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.Proficiency in financial-modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques, as well as financial reporting standards and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong analytic mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage and develop a team of finance professionals.Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and driving positive change within the organisation.
