Summary of responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of fire and safety policies and procedures
- Ensure that all fire and safety equipment established in all properties are in good shape
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential fire hazards, safety risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations and standards
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as fire departments, for inspections and certifications
- Conduct training programs and drills to educate employees on fire and safety procedures to enhance their fire safety awareness and preparedness
- Participate in investigations of incidents or accidents related to fire and safety
- Maintain and update documentation and records related to fire and safety
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Stay updated on the latest developments in fire and safety standards, technologies and best practices

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Certified in Fire & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) or other relevant fields with Diploma degree
