Assistant Director of Talent & Culture

The Assistant Director of Talent & Culture encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human capital within the organization. The person is responsible for supporting the Director of Talent & Culture in the development & formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the Hotel.

The Assistant Director of Talent and Culture supervises and provides consultation to the management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations. The person is also expected to take leadership role in developing a culture that supports the hotel's strategic goals. 

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizen only.

What you will be doing:

  • Talent Acquisition and Management. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Develop and manage talent management programs, including onboarding, training, and career development.
  • Employee Relations. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Compensation and Benefits. Manage and oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages. Monitor industry trends and adjust compensation and benefits strategies as necessary.
  • HR Compliance. Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that are in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Lead DEI initiatives and programs, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Monitor and report on DEI progress and areas for improvement.
  • Employee Wellness and Safety. Promote employee health and well-being by overseeing wellness programs and safety measures. Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics. Generate HR-related reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
