We offer an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the following details:

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of meetings and events within the Food & Beverage department
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
  • Assist with the coordination of events and special promotions within the Food & Beverage department
  • Assist with inventory management and procurement process
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from the team
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Only for Indonesian Citizen
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem solving skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
