Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events within the Food & Beverage department
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Assist with the coordination of events and special promotions within the Food & Beverage department
- Assist with inventory management and procurement process
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Handle administrative requests and queries from the team
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in the same or related position in a large luxury resort or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail with accuracy, multitasking, and problem solving skills
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Diploma in F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
