Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dim sum dishes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support the team in delivering high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences
- Only for Indonesian citizen
- Minimum of 1 year of solid experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or free-standing Chinese restaurant with a good reputation and most talked-about
- In-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken is desirable
- Diploma in Culinary, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
