As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and bakery items. - Prior experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or resort is required.
- Strong knowledge and skills in pastry and bakery production, including a variety of desserts, bread, and confections.
- Excellent leadership and management abilities, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate the pastry team.
- Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
