- Updating job ads in the recruitment platforms and posting it in social media
sites (LinkedIn) - Screening and shortlisting resumes in recruitment pool (passive sourcing) and additionally doing direct approach to potential candidate (active sourcing)
- Scheduling, coordinating, and confirming interviews with candidates, hiring
manager, and HRBP. - Assisting HR-related reports as needed.
- Supporting in HR administrative tasks, shall necessary.
- Participating in organizing department events
- Responsible for intern engagement activities
- Responsible for intern exit survey & exit interview
