We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Partnerships / Business Development Manager to help us expand our Gadget Protection Product in Offline / Retailer Market specially for Traditional Channel. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain (GWP) and customer satisfaction
- Increase Attachment Rate on Partner and Store Levels
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Develop strategic plan and campaigns based on quantitative analysis to drive above metrics
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Proven working experience as a partnerships manager, business development manager or a relevant role
- Develop new accounts and nurturing new businesses specially on Traditional Channel
- Have a Good Networking on Gadget / Smartphone Industries
- Wide Connections specially on Top 5 Brands (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiaomi, Realme, etc) and on Telco Industries
- Maintain and manage existing customers, along with identifying and optimizing new business opportunities within accounts
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and Presentation Tools
- Proficiency in English
