Offline Partnership Manager

Partnership Manager will be responsible for acquiring & maintaining our partnerships with retailers of electronic devices. The Partnership Manager will work closely with the headquarters of these retailers to sell our insurance for electronic devices and increase our brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate Gross Written Premium (GWP) through Partnerships
  • Expand the network of affiliated stores
  • Secure top-down support from Partners to enhance the Active Rate
  • Boost Attachment Rate at both Partner and Store levels
  • Formulate strategic plans and campaigns based on quantitative analysis to drive the aforementioned metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Partners to meet all internal Qoala requirements
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the team
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to streamline communication and ensure smooth implementation of partnership initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Drive innovation and creativity in partnership strategies to differentiate Qoala in the market and drive growth

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and cultivate partnerships, negotiate agreements, and drive revenue growth
  • Prior experience in business development roles within the gadget retail industries or related industries, including understanding customer needs, product features, and effective sales techniques
  • Proven track record in electronic gadget retail sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Experience managing partner relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer retention and advocacy.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ready for business trip, willing to cover areas beyond Jakarta city as needed
