- You’ll be responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel.
- You’ll oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.
- You’ll lead hotel financial planning and budgeting process and ensure that financial plans are consistent with the hotel’s strategic objectives.
- You’ll analyze financial data in order to advise management in pursuing the financial objectives of the hotel.
- You’ll monitor hotel revenue and expenditure and ensure that it is accurately recorded.
- You’ll control all contracts and other legal documents that may affect the hotel's financial position.
- You’ll ensure hotel compliance with all regulatory licenses and permits, leases, contracts and legal agreements, as well as proper execution of all operating taxes.
