- Develop and implement sales strategies

- Min. Bachelor degree in any subject
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in property sales, particularly in the industrial estate sector/ consultant
- Proven track record of successful property sales & meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of the property market, property values and industry trends.
- Strong analytical data skills
