- Support Overall Property Development Program and representing Integrated City Development (ICD) Division within Organization Structure.
- Champion and Lead Division ICD and its’ Technical Personnel within the overall ICD program, with focus on Strategic Planning, Design and Development; and if necessary, Implementation till full successful completion of development projects.
- Develop and Specify Design Program, Feasibility Studies and Business Structure Plan as formulated by Property Development’s overall Business Strategic Plan
- Initiate and Undertake Program Brief, Request for Proposal (RFP), Design Guidelines, Business Processes, BOD Presentations etc
- Engage and Coordinate actively with Internal stakeholders such as BOD and other Divisions and close liaison with External stakeholders such as authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers/vendors etc.
- Min 12-15 years in Property Development, Professional Consultancy (Arch, Infra, C&S, MEP, LA, ID etc), Construction Management or related experience especially in Integrated Mixed-Use Development
