CRM Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies with regard to life cycle campaigns that help to bring growth and retention for the company. Using owned, paid channels like Whatsapp, Push Notification and other channels to reach and engage with our Mitra.
- Build and implement complex life cycle journeys & test plans via multiple channels such as WhatsApp blast, Push Notification, and In-App Banner according to the campaign calendar.
- Design and execute push and in-app campaigns and analyze campaign results with alignment with Sales initiatives according to the strategic lifecycle to be focused on/scaled
- Hands on using external or internal platform to develop automation and journeys, liaise with internal team on development of campaign assets
- Develop clear communication and incentive plans according to inputs from various functions and how to optimize for engagement and ROI conversion/wallet size growth
- Analyze data to ascertain the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Need to communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategies.
- Overall thought leadership and CRM best practice deployment
