This incumbent is responsible for designing and delivering the product/event experience for our customers in support of the Events Director. Through a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs he/she will develop the long-term Events design, through both responding to existing customer feedback and identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve the Events. He/she will lead the marketing and communications function for the shows. He / she will support the management of the P&L of an Event, managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing/discovering new strategies to effectively reach the target customer segments. Working alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations, he/she will ensure all elements are aligned to create a successful Events. He/she will oversee the Events floorplan, managing the positioning and strategic decisions as the point of contact for all involved parties.
