Assistant Director of Human Resources

MidPlaza Holding is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Human Resources to join one of our properties, Delonix Hotel Karawang. As the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the organization's goals and objectives. You will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Manage training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the HRIS system and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Participate in strategic planning and provide input on HR-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
