Expansion PA will be responsible for activating, engaging, monitoring, and training the stores of our retail partners in a new city. The Expansion PA will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute on the respective partner strategy. We are open this position for Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, and Pekanbaru.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve at least 5% AR in the first 3 months in the city.
- Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action.
- Support Partner on store-level with Arep Allocation & Training.
- Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers.
- Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores.
- 1-2 year of experience in Business Development or Sales in Electronic Gadget Sales/ Retail Sales.
- Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment.
