Getting to Know Ajaib
We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Here in the Marketing team, we focus on developing and implementing strategies to promote impactful brand awareness. Ajaib has a vision of increasing financial inclusion, and the Marketing team is here to help make it happen! We recently announced our new Brand Ambassador, Lisa, from Blackpink, and that’s just one of our most anticipated campaigns!
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other online advertising platforms.
- Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and desired outcomes for each advertising platform.
- Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, optimization, and targeting to achieve marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Generate regular reports and work with the BI team to create/improve dashboards to measure performance.
- A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in engineering, economics, business, or marketing, is a plus.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Performance Marketing Campaigns.
- Demonstrates a solid willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & solid analytical thinking to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experienced in setting up marketing measurement and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Firebase.
- A passion for creativity and content ideation is a plus.
