MMSGI is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Staff. As a rapidly growing company in the [industry], we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients by ensuring that our employees are supported, engaged, and motivated.

As an HR Staff member, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our HR department. You will assist with various HR tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and participating in the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including conducting new hire orientations, collecting necessary paperwork, and setting up employees in our HRIS system.
  • Help to maintain employee records and ensure that all employee information is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
