The APAC Solution Delivery team is a customer facing technical arm for the field sales team interfacing with Enterprise customers and internal Product and Engineering teams. We are a customer-centric team developing innovative solutions for our customers by bringing our business and technical skills together. We are looking for a motivated technologist who is passionate about establishing innovative technologies in today's industries.
Responsibilities
- Work along-side account representatives and clearly communicate TeamViewer’s value proposition for Enterprise use cases.
- Deliver demonstrations of TeamViewer software solutions to customers and conduct training courses to our partners.
- Conduct discovery of customer's existing technical landscape with a keen eye to uncover their pain points, understand their requirements and propose solutions and services solving their needs.
- Have a keen eye for identifying different use cases applicable for TeamViewer solutions for the customer.
- Review and discuss solution’s technical architectures with customers and be their trusted technical advisor offering deep product expertise.
- Prepare responses to questionnaires and tenders from customers, working closely with TeamViewer's Product and Engineering teams.
- Work with our Professional Services team to properly scope requirements and schedules in proposals to clients.
- Represent TeamViewer at international events.
- Work with our Project Engineering Team to develop level-of-effort estimates to tailor deployments to meet customer requirements.
- Attend webinars and trade shows to showcase TeamViewer’s Augmented Reality solutions.
