- To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews for mass-hire field positions
- Manage to onboard and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboarded in the company.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business
- Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
- Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
