Officer, Indonesia Slots & Route
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to handle any requests for charter flights, ensuring effective communication and meeting client needs.
- Prepare and submit charter flight requests, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
- Collaborate with other AOC Regulatory departments to compile and submit necessary documentation for charter flights, staying updated on regulatory requirements.
- Manage requests from other AOC Regulatory departments, such as adding new routes or aircraft, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and submit renewals for Foreign Aircraft Operating Certificate (FAOC) for Group AOC.
- Maintain communication with authorities from other countries to stay informed about changes in aircraft registration and regulations.
- Monitor and manage Dangerous Goods (DG) submissions for other AOCs to ensure compliance.
Tasks and Activities:
- Generate production and tariff reports to monitor operational performance.
- Obtain Foreign Country Operating Permits and approvals for foreign and domestic schedules within specified timelines.
- Renew Foreign Aircraft Operating Certificates (FAOC) for Group AOCs according to established schedules.
- Submit Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation as requested by relevant departments.
- Participate in ASEAN Airline Meetings and ASEAN Transport Working Group to represent the company's interests.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, with strong writing, speaking, and correspondence skills.
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in the Aviation Industry is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience in similar roles are encouraged to apply.
