About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative video editor to join our team in shaping engaging and impactful video content. You will work closely with the Content Team and Videographer to bring ideas to life, transforming raw footage into polished videos that adhere to our brand standards and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Content Team and Videographer to develop video concepts, storylines, and production flows.
Edit raw footage using professional editing software to create visually compelling and emotionally engaging videos.
Stay current with social media trends and incorporate creative elements, captivating hooks, and effective storytelling techniques in your video edits.
Enhance the overall viewer experience with a keen ear for music and humor sense.
Continuously research and implement best practices in video editing and production to improve team’s effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for identifying the most captivating narrative within raw footage.
Resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills and a sense of humor and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Proven experience using video editing software, ideally including Adobe Premiere Pro and Capcut
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment located in Kemanggisan, West Jakarta.
- Proven work experience as a Content Editor, Web Editor or similar role
- Portfolio of published work
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with SEO and keyword research
- Team spirit
- BSc in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field
