Some of your duties will include:
· To supervise in the day-to-day activities associated with plumbing, piping maintenance included welding;
· Responsible for all plumbing and piping installations are maintained, repaired, serviced and installed as required to international standards. This includes bit is not limited to Fresh water lines, potable water lines, sewage lines, both inside and outside of facilities and domestic installations
- Understand & enforces work rules, policies & procedure consistently & fairly
- Responsibility maintenance and special project for design plumbing piping system, sewer system, well system fire hydrant system, water treatment system, sewage treatment system at Township, Port site, Concentrator and Mining
- Responsibility maintenance all accessories plumbing and all equipment for housing, barrack, mess hall and all building & public facilities at Townsite, Port site, Concentrator, Mining area;
- Responsibility maintenance fabricates and welding structural, support pipe, tell plate, tubing / cooper carbon steel pipe and galvanize pipe.
- Responsibility joint HDPE pipe, membrane liner HDPE ABS pipe, spigot pipe, mechanical join and votolix joint
- Maintain and administer disciplinary procedure fairly, consistently, correctly, and when necessary per maintenance rules and policies.
- Maintains consistent standard safety, quality, conduct and productivity : responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained by the company; Conduct quality control inspections of all mechanical plumbing systems installed or maintained, including HVAC, piping, and water systems; Ensure that all mechanical plumbing systems comply with relevant codes and standards, including local, state, and federal regulations; Work closely with the F&S Dept's maintenance and construction teams to ensure all mechanical plumbing work is completed to the highest quality standards; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, including inspection reports, work orders, and maintenance records; Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure that all mechanical plumbing work is completed to company standards and on schedule.
- Effectively communicates complete and correct safety interaction to crew; Ensures safety rules and regulation are followed at all times
- Plans for necessary manpower, materials and equipment necessary for work to be performed.
- Organizes and plans work efficiently and completes work within or ahead of schedule with minimal rework.
· Conduct regular training sessions with employees to ensure they are aware of and comply with mechanical plumbing codes and standards.
· Responsible for ensuring the job activities in plumbing maintenance area are meet with quality standard and compliance with the regulation, this includes but is not limited to inspection of corrective maintenance works, general inspection of tool and equipment
· To coordination with related supervisor in regard for quality assurance according to company standards and company requirement;
