We are looking for a Finance Intern to support the Finance Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Allowance: 3,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah/ monthly
Job Description:
1. Handle administration process for Customer Sales Report (CSR)
2. Maintain 3 bank books
3. Checking - sending Invoices and Tax Invoices to customer
4. Do administrative activities such as filling payment advice, invoices and tax invoices
5. Organizing and documenting relevant data in the finance division to support the team in managing cash flow and ensure the smoothness of daily operations
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate students (3rd or 4th year), Diploma students (Final Year), or Fresh Graduates from Finance Management or Accounting
2. Passionate about numbers
3. Enthusiastic about learning new things and have high motivation
4. Possess a strong work ethic
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Google Suite (Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Google Form)
