What a Sr. Product Manager does at Visa:

The in-country Sr. Product Manager will report to the Senior Director, Head of Products & Solutions Indonesia. The individual is expected to lead the expansion of Visa business in the country, and to work closely with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Visa team in obtaining regulatory license to operate new businesses in the country by working closely with Government Engagement, Legal, Risk, Strategy, MS&A, Regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all infrastructure required to implement the new business are ready by working with stakeholders involved in the ecosystem including clients, acquirer, switchers, issuers as well as engage closely with the payment associations.
  • Secure commercial deals with clients and drive the execution and implementation of the deals by working closely with Digital Partnership, Business Development and Account Managers.
  • Onboard clients on to the Visa Network by taking an active role in leading project management efforts and securing support for execution as well as drive multiple projects while working closely with Visa's Client Services team and other stakeholders.
  • Support clients and all involved partners in the ecosystem for Go-to-Market strategy and execution.
  • Measure the implementation and execution of deals against business metrics including the number of activations, number of credentials issued, and other growth metrics.
  • Work with Marketing and Corporate communication in voicing out new Visa businesses initiatives and Visa digital payment innovations to heighten in-country awareness.
  • This role will also be responsible for managing the commercial relationships with some of Visa's most complex and highest growth partners.
