Sales Manager (Indonesia Market) FOREX/Trading

 The Head of Sales’s responsibilities includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Prepare and monitor monthly schedule and sales team performance.

·         Set sales goals, achieve the goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

·         Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them.

·         Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

·         Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.

·         Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

·         Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment

·         Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

·         Motivating and inspiring the sales team to surpass their potential.

·         Cooperate with other departments for reaching the best results.

Reporting to Country Manager and Higher Management as advised.

Requirements and skills

 

 

·         3-5 years of experience with proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

·         Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products.

·         Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.

·         Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

·         Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

·         Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

·         Proven ability to position products against competitors.

·         Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

·         Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
