Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and define with your manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution. As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering flawless service, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams:
- Operational support (within internal team)
- Marketing optimization (with Editorial and Marketing Partnership teams)
- Proactively providing the best strategic support (go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc.) with the use of digital distribution knowledge
- Fully comprehending the client needs and identify potential services to upsell
- Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue and gross margin through analyzing data from the dashboard and continuously monitoring the performance
- Ensuring timely renewal of contracts
