  1. Creating Content: Able to produce interesting and relevant content for social media platforms such as text, images, videos and infographics.
  2. Content Research: Able to conduct research to identify relevant trends and topics in our industry.
  3. Social Media Strategy: Plan and implement an effective social media strategy to expand reach and increase audience engagement.
  4. Account Management: Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including scheduling and posting content, increasing followers, interacting with users, and maintaining brand reputation online.
  5. Analysis and Reporting: Conduct social media performance analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and compile reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  6. Event Promotion: Promoting events by producing promotional media such as banner designs, posters, etc.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and design teams to integrate social media strategies with other marketing activities.


  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management, including use of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  2. Ability to operate editing software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  3. Able to create and edit graphics, optimize images/videos, and combine design elements with social media content to create content that is interesting, innovative, and relevant to the target audience.
  4. Have experience in committee/event organization in organizational events/seminars, especially in the marketing/marketing/communication division.
  5. Ability to conduct effective content research and analyze social media data to inform content strategy and decision making.
  6. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing to convey messages clearly and effectively to the audience.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks, work within tight deadlines, and manage work efficiently.
