Job Description:
- Identify the program development needs and skills gaps
- Identify related curriculum and continuing learning program / classes
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' core competencies
- Analyze utilization of Learning Management System
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure alignment with talent development initiatives (Initiative : Interesting with new technology, example Gen AI)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development or Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Strong knowledge of core competency development
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
