As an Internal Communications Intern, your main tasks include creating engaging content/copywriting for internal channels, assisting in campaign planning, coordinating events, managing project feedback, providing administrative support, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistent messaging. Responsibilities

  1. Schedule posts and monitor engagement includes crafting the content and execution of internal email campaigns, including creating templates, segmenting recipient lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  2. Document communication processes and guidelines and guidance on internal communication tools.
  3. Help maintain and update the company's intranet by uploading content, ensuring accuracy, and organizing information for easy access by employees.
  4. Assist in analyzing data related to internal communications metrics, such as email open rates, newsletter engagement, and intranet traffic, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Create and collaborate with graphic designs in visual assets for internal communications.
  6. Help coordinate logistics for internal events and meetings, including booking venues, managing RSVPs, and setting up audiovisual equipment.
