Outlet Barista (Sapori Deli)

As a Barista of Sapori Deli, aside from crafting exceptional coffee beverages, you will also provide excellent customer service in a five- star deli and restaurant environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations and maintain high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and thrives in a dynamic team environment.

Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with precision and care.
  • Ensure consistent quality by accurately measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing parameters, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, including restocking supplies and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following established procedures.
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and adherence to health code regulations.
  • Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation techniques, menu items, and customer service standards.
