What you will do, but not limited to:
- Manage the payroll and benefits administration process in coordination with the HR team.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, selection, and orientation.
- Responsible in development and execution of HR initiatives and programs.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of HRIS systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee files and records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes and initiatives are aligned with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles for startups and/or digital agencies with experience in payroll processing and management.
- Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Extensive experience in sourcing, pitching, interviewing, and closing candidates including offer negotiations
- Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office.
