1. Operational Model Enhancement:
- Lead developing and implementing innovative operational models tailored to cloud service adoption.
- Continuously evaluate and refine operational strategies to align with evolving market trends and client needs.
2. Process Engineering:
- Spearheaded initiatives to optimise business processes through cutting-edge process engineering techniques.
- Implement scalable processes that ensure seamless integration of cloud services into business operations.
3. Agile Framework Adoption:
- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies across client projects, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to embed Agile principles within client teams.
5. Roles & Responsibilities Framework:
- Define clear roles and responsibilities for cloud service adoption and management teams.
- Ensure alignment of team roles with organisational goals and client expectations.
6. FinOps Strategy Development:
- Implement and manage FinOps strategies to optimise cloud spending and enhance financial accountability.
- Provide insights and guidance on cloud environments' cost management, budgeting, and resource optimisation.
7. Skills Assessment & Development:
