Administrative Assistant - Front Office
The Administrative Assistant is responsible to support the operations of Front Office by ensuring the administrative works are in place and in order.
Employment will be under local contract. Open for Indonesian citizens only.

What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, the responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Keeping the scheduling and attendance records of Front Office team members updated.
- Schedule and arrange all appointments for the Director of Rooms.
- Support internal hotel projects, bring forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made (i.e. annual budget, strategic plan etc.).
- Handle all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, office supplies, keep the filling system up-to-date.
- Respond to all enquiries promptly.
- Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers.
- Attend additional training suitable to the role.
