This position will responsible to IT hardware and software needed in Central Sulawesi Area. You'll work with high mobility and collaborating various role to support their IT needed

Job Description:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Doing a testing new technology
  • Experience to train junior staff

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience as an IT support specialist
  • Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, such as Freshservice and SysAid
  • Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
